A little prevention.
A healthier routine.
Take a quick look at preventive dental care. Regular checkups give your dentist a chance to look for concerns, while professional cleaning supports the care you give your teeth at home.

More than a clean feeling.
A visit is also a chance to understand your oral health—and what it needs next.
Professional teeth cleaning
Your dental hygienist removes plaque and hardened tartar that daily brushing may leave behind. We assess your gums first to determine the right type of cleaning for you.
A closer look at your dental health
Your dentist examines your teeth and gums and listens to your concerns. Digital X-rays may be recommended when they help assess areas that aren’t visible during the exam.
Screening & a plan for home
Oral cancer screening checks the soft tissues of your mouth for changes. We also discuss home care and when to return, based on your needs.
Your care starts with an assessment. If your gums need periodontal treatment, a routine cleaning may not be enough. We explain the recommendation, timing and cost before proceeding.

Before you book
Good questions.
Clear answers.
How much does a dental exam and cleaning cost?
The cost depends on the exam, any X-rays needed and the type of cleaning recommended. Call (909) 852-6787 to ask about current fees and what they include. We discuss recommended treatment and costs before care begins.
Do you accept my dental insurance?
We work with many PPO dental plans. Give our team your plan details so we can check participation and benefits. Coverage, limits and your share of the cost depend on your plan. See insurance and payment information.
Can I book if I’m a new patient?
Yes. Use our online appointment scheduler or call the team. Let us know this is your first visit and that you would like an exam and cleaning. Bring your insurance information, if applicable, and a current list of medications.
It’s been years. Can I still book a cleaning?
Absolutely—start with an appointment. Tell us how long it has been and what concerns you. An exam helps us understand your teeth and gums and recommend the right cleaning. Depending on your needs and the schedule, cleaning may take place at a separate visit.
Is a regular cleaning the same as a deep cleaning?
No. A routine cleaning is preventive care. Scaling and root planing, often called deep cleaning, treats gum disease below the gumline. Your dentist checks your gum health before recommending the right approach. Deep cleaning may require additional visits and has different costs.
Will I need X-rays at every visit?
Not necessarily. Your dentist considers your oral health, symptoms, risk factors and previous images before recommending X-rays. Digital X-rays are available at our office when needed.
What if my teeth are sensitive or I’m nervous?
Tell us before your visit. We can discuss your concerns, explain what to expect and talk about comfort options appropriate for you. You can also ask questions before booking.
How often should I have a checkup and cleaning?
The right schedule depends on your teeth, gums and risk of future problems. Your dentist recommends a return interval for you. If you develop pain or swelling between visits, call rather than waiting for your next routine appointment.
