They truly take the time to get to know you and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your visit, especially when you need extensive or time-consuming work, like I did. They explain everything clearly, make sure you’re comfortable, and somehow turn something most people dread into a positive experience.  We had such a wonderful experience. The entire team (Lorena, Simone and I can't recall the name of the other two beautiful ladies helping Dr Moqattash, so sorry) is incredibly friendly, patient, and caring. They made my children  (ages 11, 12 &15) feel completely comfortable from the moment we walked in. The staff went above and beyond to explain everything and make the visit fun and stress-free. It’s clear they truly care about their young patients. Highly recommend to any parent looking for an exceptional pediatric dental experience. Dr Moqattash is very personal and remembered who I was from my last visit.  He is thoughtful and considerate as to any pain or discomfort me or my kids might feel. My children love him and he is the only dentist they want to keep going. If you’re looking for a dental office where you feel cared for, respected, and truly welcomed, this is the place. How it works

Laughing gas,
explained simply.

Also called nitrous oxide. It’s one of the gentlest ways to relax at the dentist.

You breathe it through a small nose maskIt’s mixed with oxygen. All you do is breathe normally.

You stay awake and in controlYou feel calm and relaxed, and you can still hear us and answer.

It works within minutesThe calm feeling comes on quickly, so there’s no long wait.

It wears off soon afterOnce the mask comes off, the effect fades quickly.

For young and oldKids and adults can both benefit from it.

It’s not a painkillerWe still numb the area with local anesthetic, so you’re comfortable.

It isn’t right for everyone. Pregnancy and some health conditions can rule it out, so tell us about your medical history and any medications. We’ll check it’s safe for you before we use it.

Is it right for me?

Relax before we start
We explain what’s going to happen, place a small mask over your nose, and you breathe normally. Within minutes you feel calm. Then we numb the area and begin.
Back to your day
When we’re done, the mask comes off and the effect fades quickly. We check how you feel before you leave and let you know when it’s OK to drive.

Is laughing gas safe?

Laughing gas (nitrous oxide) is one of the most widely used and gentlest sedation options in dentistry. It’s mixed with oxygen, and the effect wears off soon after the mask comes off. We go over your medical history first to make sure it’s right for you.

Will I be asleep?

No. You stay awake and relaxed the whole time. You can hear us, answer questions and tell us if you need anything. Most people say they simply feel calm and a little light.

Will I still feel pain?

Laughing gas helps you relax, but it isn’t a painkiller. We still numb the area with local anesthetic, so you’re comfortable during treatment.

Can my child have laughing gas?

Yes. Laughing gas can help nervous kids as well as adults, and all they have to do is breathe normally through a small nose mask. We’ll talk it through with you first and answer any questions.

Can I drive home afterwards?

The effect of laughing gas wears off soon after the mask is removed, and many people feel back to normal shortly afterwards. We’ll check how you feel before you leave and let you know when it’s OK to drive.

How much does laughing gas cost?

It may be priced separately from your treatment, and whether insurance covers it depends on your plan. We’ll tell you the cost before your visit so there are no surprises. Call (909) 852-6787 and we’ll check your plan.

Do you offer oral or IV sedation?

Ask us when you book. We’ll tell you honestly which options are available for your treatment and whether they make sense for you.

I haven’t been to the dentist in years. Is that OK?

Absolutely. No judgment and no lecture. We start with a gentle check-up, explain what we find, and build a plan you’re comfortable with, one step at a time.

 Verified I have been coming here the past two years. First, Lorena is an amazing liaison with your insurance and will do all she can to help you with receiving services. Every single staff member of this establishment is KIND and PATIENT. I love that each of their personalities are all positive and uplifting. Which brings me to Simone, the dental hygienist who is knowledgable, thorough in her work, and compassionate. My mom enjoys going to Simone, which says a lot for someone who in the past dreaded going to get a cleaning. Lastly, Dr. Alex is not a pushy salesman type of dentist. He will give you his recommendations and rationale. Truly, he is a nice man who has provided me, my mother and my 2 year old will excellent care. He has taken the time and initiative to provide up to date, nontoxic techniques in his dental office. This office has been a blessing for my family and I.

 Verified I had gone to another dentist close by and they quoted me a pretty high price, 8400.00 out of pocket, I decided to get a second opinion and came to Finesse dental in Rancho, the office manager I spoke to, her name is Lorena, she is very professional and very friendly, gave me great advice insurance wise, I ended up paying less than half of what the other dentist was going to charge, what I noticed right away is they have the latest in technology as far as equipment and dental software, very impressive, Dr. Moqattash is very professional, friendly and patient with his patients, also he is very good at what he does, his staff give out a great vibe, I am super happy that I decided to come here, the dental hygienist was also very professional and friendly and gave me lots of great advice on how to care for my teeth. I don't even know what to say. As someone that was traumatized as a child from the dentist. When I found out my child(3yr) had a cavity I was highly anxious. After doing hours of research on the fillings it left me even more anxious knowing my kid had to fast be sedated and injected for a cavity. When loosing hope I found a post on laser fillings for cavities, which is non invasive. I quickly came
On yelp to find my nearest option  and I came across this dentistry. If we were informed that such technology exists less children would be traumatized. The staff here is beyond amazing and helpful. My kid is 3 years old and did amazing. Thanks to this option. We were done unless then an hour and ready to go eat after this. 100/10 recommend.  Verified I would like to take a minute to thank Dr. Alexander for the exceptional work and customer service he provided my dear Mom. She is 82 years old and has never had any dental work done in her life. She has beautiful teeth. But, she recently found a cracked tooth that desperately needed attention. So, he found that she actually needed two root canals on two of her wisdom teeth which went very smoothly. I had hoped that it would not be painful for her, but she did wonderful throughout the entire procedure. Alexander was very professional, knowledgeable, confident, gentle, and kind! He was very accomodating to Mom--I was very pleased with him. The entire staff is quite cohesive with how they work together as a team. Lorena was exceptional--very nice and personable and the other two assistants were equally impressive. The office is classy and serene and peaceful with its fountain in the center of all the work stations. The music was very relaxing. She provides useful tips in bettering my hygiene practices and is very attentive in making sure I get a good clean on my checkups.
