They truly take the time to get to know you and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your visit, especially when you need extensive or time-consuming work, like I did. I usually do not have time to write reviews, but this time I needed to take the time to write it. The care itself is top‑notch, but what really sets them apart is the atmosphere they create. They explain everything clearly, make sure you’re comfortable, and somehow turn something most people dread into a positive experience.  We had such a wonderful experience. The entire team (Lorena, Simone and I can't recall the name of the other two beautiful ladies helping Dr Moqattash, so sorry) is incredibly friendly, patient, and caring. They made my children  (ages 11, 12 &15) feel completely comfortable from the moment we walked in. The staff went above and beyond to explain everything and make the visit fun and stress-free. It’s clear they truly care about their young patients. Highly recommend to any parent looking for an exceptional pediatric dental experience. Dr Moqattash is very personal and remembered who I was from my last visit.  He is thoughtful and considerate as to any pain or discomfort me or my kids might feel. My children love him and he is the only dentist they want to keep going. If you’re looking for a dental office where you feel cared for, respected, and truly welcomed, this is the place. Dr. Moqattash examines your teeth and gums and asks what has been bothering you. Digital X-rays if they would tell us something the exam cannot.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. Book through our online scheduler or call (909) 852-6787 and say it is your first visit. Bring your insurance information, if you have it, and a current list of medications.

Do you take my dental insurance?

We are a PPO provider for many plans and we accept children’s Medicaid. Because participation and benefits differ plan by plan, call with your details and the team will check before you book. See insurance and payment information.

What are your opening hours?

Call (909) 852-6787 and the team will tell you the next available appointment. You can also request a time through the online scheduler at any hour and we will confirm it with you.

Where are you, and do you see patients from nearby cities?

We are at 8906 San Bernardino Rd, Suite 130, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 — with parking right outside the office. Patients travel to us from Alta Loma, Etiwanda, Upland, Ontario and across the 91730 area.

Will I see the same dentist each time?

Yes. This is Dr. Moqattash’s practice and he has been treating patients here since 2004. You are not assigned to whoever is on shift, and you do not re-explain your history at every visit.

It has been years since I saw a dentist.

That is more common than you would think, and it is not a problem. Tell us how long it has been and what worries you most. An exam tells us where things actually stand, and we build the plan from there in the order that matters.

Do you see children?

Yes — we see children and adults in the same practice, which means one trip for the family rather than two. See our family dentistry page.

What will it cost?

That depends on what the exam finds, so we will not guess at it here. What we will do is tell you the cost of anything we recommend, in writing, before it starts — and talk through insurance, self-pay and CareCredit if the plan is a larger one.

 Verified I have been coming here the past two years. First, Lorena is an amazing liaison with your insurance and will do all she can to help you with receiving services. Every single staff member of this establishment is KIND and PATIENT. I love that each of their personalities are all positive and uplifting. Which brings me to Simone, the dental hygienist who is knowledgable, thorough in her work, and compassionate. My mom enjoys going to Simone, which says a lot for someone who in the past dreaded going to get a cleaning. Lastly, Dr. Alex is not a pushy salesman type of dentist. He will give you his recommendations and rationale. Truly, he is a nice man who has provided me, my mother and my 2 year old will excellent care. He has taken the time and initiative to provide up to date, nontoxic techniques in his dental office. This office has been a blessing for my family and I.

 Verified I had gone to another dentist close by and they quoted me a pretty high price, 8400.00 out of pocket, I decided to get a second opinion and came to Finesse dental in Rancho, the office manager I spoke to, her name is Lorena, she is very professional and very friendly, gave me great advice insurance wise, I ended up paying less than half of what the other dentist was going to charge, what I noticed right away is they have the latest in technology as far as equipment and dental software, very impressive, Dr. Moqattash is very professional, friendly and patient with his patients, also he is very good at what he does, his staff give out a great vibe, I am super happy that I decided to come here, the dental hygienist was also very professional and friendly and gave me lots of great advice on how to care for my teeth. I don't even know what to say. As someone that was traumatized as a child from the dentist. When I found out my child(3yr) had a cavity I was highly anxious. After doing hours of research on the fillings it left me even more anxious knowing my kid had to fast be sedated and injected for a cavity. When loosing hope I found a post on laser fillings for cavities, which is non invasive. I quickly came
On yelp to find my nearest option  and I came across this dentistry. If we were informed that such technology exists less children would be traumatized. The staff here is beyond amazing and helpful. My kid is 3 years old and did amazing. Thanks to this option. We were done unless then an hour and ready to go eat after this. 100/10 recommend.  Verified I would like to take a minute to thank Dr. Alexander for the exceptional work and customer service he provided my dear Mom. She is 82 years old and has never had any dental work done in her life. She has beautiful teeth. But, she recently found a cracked tooth that desperately needed attention. So, he found that she actually needed two root canals on two of her wisdom teeth which went very smoothly. I had hoped that it would not be painful for her, but she did wonderful throughout the entire procedure. Alexander was very professional, knowledgeable, confident, gentle, and kind! He was very accomodating to Mom--I was very pleased with him. The entire staff is quite cohesive with how they work together as a team. Lorena was exceptional--very nice and personable and the other two assistants were equally impressive. The office is classy and serene and peaceful with its fountain in the center of all the work stations. The music was very relaxing. Over all, it was a very nice and pleasant experience while waiting for my dear Mom.  :)

She provides useful tips in bettering my hygiene practices and is very attentive in making sure I get a good clean on my checkups. She constantly makes sure that you are doing good throughout the process and make your experience comforting. Simone truly cares about her patients and I recommend scheduling an appointment with her.
